We are a mother and daughter duo. Mary is located near Chicago, Illinois and Stephanie is located near Omaha, Nebraska. Mary has been breeding for 35+ years. She has a very impressive background showing AKC Maltese and she won the Grand World Sweeptakes for Puppy of the Year. Some famous celebrities have owned her Maltese puppies. Breeding is her passion.
Stephanie has been breeding since she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. She is a former Medical Malpractice Paralegal. We take everything seriously and ensure everything is documented. Breeding maltipoos has helped her heal; it brings her great happiness to be able to do something that she loves and to have her mom as the best mentor!
We are exclusive, very small, hobby breeders of toy maltipoos. We specialize mainly in toy maltipoos. Sometimes, Mary will have other designer breeds such as Shihpoos (Shih Tzu and Poodle) and Malshipoos (Maltese, Shih Tzu, and Poodle), based upon a waitlist.
We are in-home breeders, we do not have kennels. We have no desire to become a kennel because we feel that dogs/puppies do not get enough human interaction when raised that way. We take great pride in our breeding program. We rasie our puppies for QUALITY not quanity. Our dogs and puppies live in our homes and are a part of our family. Our puppies are raised with children and our family members including cats and dogs. They need to be raised in a family and allowed to be with their mother until she feels they’re ready to be weaned, and not just taken away early so they can be sold quicker. Socialization is a huge part of what makes our puppies so friendly. Stephanie’s children are begging to hold them the second they are born. Our puppies know what it feels like to be loved.
We try to stay in touch with our puppy parents and their families, we are here for lifetime support. We have formed mainy friendships with our puppy owners as well. We love the updates as we watch our babies grow!
